About the event

Abstract:

In this workshop, we explore innovative ways to measure stress during organizational work time reduction initiatives. Drawing on insights from the German pilot study, we introduce a variety of stress measurement approaches—from surveys and interviews to hair samples and biometric data. The core focus will be on our approach to collecting objective stress and health data using wearable tracking devices over several months. We will share practical insights on how the study was designed, how we partnered with organizations and technology providers, and what our dataset currently looks like. Moreover, participants will gain an understanding of the strengths and limitations of different stress measurement methods and and key preliminary findings from comparing survey-based and physiological data.
